Golf Days

West Hill is the perfect location for a society or corporate golf day offering a variety of packages which can be tailored to fit your requirements. We have the perfect blend with a stunning heathland course, quality catering and a warm welcome. All whilst being easily accessible by road or public transport.

*16 or more players are required for a brunch or twilight package and 20 or more for a lunch package.

Group Golf

Our days for group bookings are Tuesdays and Thursdays with the full list of packages as shown. Our chef uses fresh seasonal ingredients, from carefully sourced suppliers and beside the tradition carvery meals they are happy to offer a wide selection of varied meals to make your golf day extra special. We are happy to discuss menu options and dietary requests will always be catered for when known in advance.

We have a halfway hut at the end of the 12th for hot & cold refreshments, orders can be called in from the 12th tee.

Guy Shoesmith's welcoming and well stocked Pro Shop will be happy to assist with equipment, buggies, trolleys as well as prizes for your event.

We have a limited number of days reserved for Shotgun Starts. These are available for events of 64 players or more and carry an additional facility fee of £2000.00 on our full package price.

For exclusive use of the golf course there is a facilty fee of £15000 (no Catering included - terms and conditions available on request).

Due to our bunker refurbishment programme, there is no availability between 17th November 2025 & March 2026.

There are a few spaces remaining in the diary for 2026.

Our slots for shotgun starts & 36 Hole days are now fully booked.
